Guilty! I know I haven’t connected as much as I should. Many of you are probably thinking the same about your own blogs and social media posts. At least I hope I’m not alone in this!
As a sole proprietor, it’s hard to keep up when you’re busy with the “real work” of meeting the needs of your clients, and running your organization. But I’m starting to learn that when you actually put your yourself “out there”, people do respond. Connection is important. It’s motivating, it feeds your business, and it’s a daily joy to hear from others, especially during the pandemic.
So here’s my 2021 year in review. I’d love to hear about yours!
- 16 new clients (welcome!)
- Dozens of new reports, plans, studies, and articles written and/or edited
- 17 new opportunities to meet you through my classes, coaching, and webinars (227 of you in all!)
- Blogs and social media posts: Um… Okay, I will work on this!
What’s coming in 2022?
- 3+ writing guides for planners
- 1 new textbook for planning students
- New manuals, plans, reports, articles, and more
- And …? I can’t wait to see what’s next!
I’d love to connect – let’s talk urban planning, city building, writing and editing – anytime! And all the best in 2022!
Lisa
